How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location and the courier. We share an estimated delivery window at checkout and send tracking once your order leaves our Dhaka hub. Most orders reach customers within a few days.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually adjust the address, size, or items. Contact us promptly with your order number and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
What is the return policy?
We accept returns on items in their original condition within a set period after delivery, except for a few final-sale pieces. Start the process by emailing us with your order number and the reason for return.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing usually takes a few business days, and your bank may need additional time to show the amount.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We're sorry that happened. Send us a photo of the item and your order number within a few days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
